What is Chakra Alignment?

Open and balanced chakras enable your chi (life energy) to flow naturally. It's not unusual to have a couple of chakras off-balance from daily. A lot of things can offset a chakra's balancing, an illness, relationship difficulties, work anxieties, etc..
